Hey all!

New to the real estate game and currently in my second month of wholesaling. Been listening to all types of YouTube videos, podcasts, etc. to learn everything and anything I can to land my first deal. Really eager to meet other like-minded people on here and would love to hear any stories or advice you would give a beginner, to close their first deal and what is the best route to make it consistent and scalable. The goal is to change it from being a side hustle to my full-time job! Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers!

You can get 80% of your knowledge from books. Use the forums to refine your knowledge. Stop chasing every shiny object and focus on one method of investing. For example, I started by looking for a small, cheap fixer-upper that I could improve with elbow grease and very little money. That got me started and I set aside the cash flow to set up for the next deal. It escalated quickly.
