I often hear that landlords/housing providers offer no real service or contribute anything to society.

I recognize this isn't exactly like kind but wondering if this has been done or if there is a multistep process involving several transactions over a period of time where you can shift from multifamily to single family or vice versa?

I also realized that I am not getting younger and need to shift my mindset, so here I am.I want to wholesale or flip to start to build my cash flow.

Many people are asking if the market is shifting because we have a bit more inventory and less offers are being submitted on homes.

Supporting and condoning this kind of F'ed up behavior is exactly how societies start to crumble.So if it is all money to you and nothing else, I guess do it....you gotta look yourself in the mirror every morning.OTOH, if you have any backbone left, tell them to F off.

There's a mindset shift that happens and we begin making daily decisions that move us closer to our goal. 

They were working night shift, and wake up around 5:30 pm. 

Commercial will allow me to continue to scale and shift into higher quality assets in stages. 

Has there been a shift in prices?

Remember two things that I was told a long time ago that have proven true:  (1) there is more money floating around our society than you can ever imagine; and (2) the people with the money to invest have just as big a problem as the guys like you who don't have cash but are willing to work their butt's off to make a better life for their kids.
