I am brand new with no experience and would like to learn and gain experience. I work for a small local government organization and would like to build a decent retirement nest for myself and leave decent equity for my only child. I have worked two jobs for 15 years and have educated and kept my child comfortable. I also realized that I am not getting younger and need to shift my mindset, so here I am.

I want to wholesale or flip to start to build my cash flow. I like to build contacts with investors, contractors, and networking people to reach out if I have any questions vice-versa. I live in Houston, TX, and I would like all the help I need to wet my feet in this new venture and phase. Thoughts, suggestions guidance are welcome.
