Hello Everyone, I am interested to see what credit cards you all have used for your  business that have the best perks/rewards.

I am very disappointed by this, but I guess Intuit no longer wanted my business!

I have been in Business for 2 years and I am doing wholesaling 1 deal a month consistently I have an American Cold caller who calls 20 hours a week for me and I call myself for about 10-15 hours a week.

Cold calling potential sellers needs to be quick and get straight to the point: your a local small business and you're looking to make an offer on the property, are they interested?

Does anyone have any advice or references to setup the structure of the business so that we are compliant and that I can qualify for conventional financing while he puts up the equity.

I understand that these plans are for self-employed individuals or those running a side business of some kind.  

Pretty easy to use, but not 100% sold on it being the best product to scale.

But even with the smallest of projects, never heard of any new construction going less than 1 mil.Keep in mind that you are actually going for 2 loan products with new construction, not 1. 

As I have posted many times " what value do you bring, why should we do business with you" I hope you understand I am not attacking you,, Show value.

I would like to do something with this land to make it productive.
