There was some compensation in the relocation packages, but not the kind I hope you will enjoy.

I am actually finding many that have multiple mutlifamily homes and duplexes together for instance there was a deal here in Phoenix for 7 units 3 SFR and 2 duplexes as a packaged deal on the same lot.

There are elements that we've found in all of our testing (about 13k opt in leads per month right now w/ our clients) that work well on a website. 

., probate, taxes liens, foreclosure etc.I have  no doubt once your get more information the you will put together a great package for an investor.Good luck.

But I can definitely see the drawback if you don't like one part of their service and you are "bought into" a bundled package of services (kind of like cable companies' "triple play" packages, lol).The important thing for me from these responses is that there is no bias against using a full-service company.  

Seems like you could get a better package that way if its possible or even legal. 

Doublewide land/home packages seem to be a common foreclosure around here. 

I just picked up a 3 property package deal for $138,500. 2 half duplexes and 1 single family home.

Not only was my issue resolved, but they investigated the title company, and a few months later, I got an entire closing package delivered to me in the mail.  

Once that is all done package it all up in a nicely formatted email and send it out to your buyers and they will run their own numbers and if you did your job right snap it up from you.
