Just listen to the sales pitches by the hundreds of different companies that sell health insurance and every company had so many options for health plans the average person cannot remember more than 10% of what a health insurance salesman tells them and I will bet money on that because I know for a fact that when sitting with health insurance salesman no normal person can remember and compare all the different plans without looking at the charts, brochures, schedules, different co-pay plans and then compare the benefits and cost for PPO vs, HMO and my list can go on forever.

This is not normally allowed as in syndications they don't normally allow people to buy out other limited partners.Worst case it gets kicked out of the IRA (divested) and I lose 150k of tax free money out of my IRA.

@Ben BeThe great thing about working in the NYC market is that we are normally compensated very well.Furthermore, the pro side of working a lot of hours is that normally our costs are 'low'.Most large companies in NYC provide dinner to employees and a ride home. This all allows for increased savings towards down payments on houses in low-cost markets.Best of luck!
