Tenant to Home Owners Ratio of a neighborhood

Hey guys, I'm Devon Necessary, an Agent in the Dallas / Fortworth Area.

I was wondering what the best way to find the ratio of tenants to home owners in a specific neighborhood was. Normally the Home Owners Association would have this information but the subject neighborhood does not have a HOA.

What do you feel is a 'good' ratio of home owners to tenants, and how does this statistic really effect a certain area?
