Other than that we did the kitchen floor to ceiling, and we had the hardwoods redone the rest was mostly cosmetic smoothing walls and repainting and updating old hardware. we did a fair amount landscaping and tree trimming that really made the yard look much bigger!

By the time somebody detected the problem the water pipes had burst, ceilings had dropped and lots of damage to the house and furniture, to the tune of $46,000.We had an incident where the gas company turned the gas off, by mistake, wrong address, in a vacant house and we had over $50,000 in damage.

Have a new tenant that started July 1, she reached out for a maintenance request for a ceiling fan blade that broke, I plan on rejecting her as this was the tenants actions that caused the damage.
