The wall repair is taking several new pieces of mold resistant sheetrock and then the sanders and wood repair company is coming in to do their work.

That's how I purchased my second rental unit but as always in both scenarios I proposed to you, you'll need to do some research yourself to find what works for you best.

My original game plan was to purchase 7 STRs in atlanta, i will now move to the neighboring cities with less proposed restrictions (I.e. college park, east point, Decatur, Marietta, Smyrna, etc).
