Hi all, So I have a feeling that I am paying way to much for insurance (I am a Newbie) , I have three SFR's in the Atlanta , Georgia area and paying an average of 1000 dollars annually for each (Landlord policy , covering Replacement cost , 2500 deductible).

That way they would have on record some basic details including the fact that you reported the incident in a timely manner to them... which, in some cases, can affect the ability to have coverage down the line depending upon the specific details of your policy.

Even the ones that read it will ask dumb questions as if they hadn't read it so don't spend too much time and effort on this.I like to have major policies outlined and then just link to them.

Yes we use APIA and they have insurance for vacant homes builders risk policies that protect against forces of nature but also cover theft and vandalism.
