Property Insurance Prices

Hi all, 

So I have a feeling that I am paying way to much for insurance (I am a Newbie) , I have three SFR's in the Atlanta , Georgia area and paying an average of 1000 dollars annually for each (Landlord policy , covering Replacement cost , 2500 deductible).

Am I paying too much ? Can you give me an estimate of what you would be paying for a 2bd 2.5 Bath 1200 Sq ft townhouse ?

Recommendations for insurance agents will be appreciated!

Check out REI Guard, they are based out of St. Louis and insure nationally, they offer great rates and coverage, including renters for that extra layer of protection. Obviously the area plays a huge part as well as replacement value, I suppose some one from ATL might be able to better assist with your specific questions.
