I know you generally want utilities already set up, road access, infill lots, and in a good location, but are there any other key features I should be looking for?

Over time Quickbooks has added more features (e.g. payroll management functions, electronic payments) that I never use. 

You apparently need to sign up to unlock features.

I think new windows could be a selling feature but won't pay for themselves like other upgrades. 

Hello, I have listened to some podcasts that feature investors that have worked with banks that have funded there loans for a multi family property for less then 25 percent down.

If you post it on Zillow, use their built-in video tour feature on the listing side.

Offering stunning architectural features including high windows that bring in an abundance of natural light.

In utilizing the search feature, it does not segregate between forums, and it was hard to find the results that I'm looking for.
