Best Market research practices

Donald Allen
Posted

OK I’m finally taking action but my only problem is knowing what’s the best areas to look for deals and how would I go about doing my research? What criteria should I use? I would like a good cash flow areas for buy and hold, fix and flip, and very investor active!

I’m in the Midwest (St. Louis) which I hear is a great place to get active.
