Ideas For Marketing House Hack

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I recently purchased my first income property, a 1500sqft 3 Bed 2 Bath in Atlanta GA. The property has strong appreciation potential and is located in area that highly active with other investors. However being this area is still transitional it has been difficult to get the desired rent per room. Right now I am charging 900 per room per month including utilities. So far I have had one tenant living here for the past three months, but this person is now leaving due to a new job opportunity. My primary marketing strategy has been craigslist and Facebook marketplace, while I have some seen some interest through these, there are numerous other listings that are slightly cheaper and in better areas. Before I consider dropping the price, I wanted to see if anybody out there has had success with other marketing strategies.

Thanks,
