It's a nice area, pool, 2 car garage, 5/3, 2,925 sq ft with selling at about $170/sq ft.No rehab necessary just simple cosmetic updating.

But I cant imagine there being much opportunity to find those, like fishing in McGelligots pool:)

I have noticed when you post an online ad that does automatic syndication to site such as Zillow, hotpad etc etc etc...there are errors on the feature list.I guess that came from the differences in various databases, and some features are listed on one and not on another and how they handle the mismatched features when syndicating.For example, I used postlets last week to post an ad for a unit within a four plex building.On Zillow I saw the ad a few hours later, indicating I had a pool, a doorman, a deck, a garden, a porch and an intercom.

There was no clubhouse, pool, or excessive outside lighting.

i know you can possibly put a pool, basketball court, tennis court, etc but that will not get you much on a flip.Just my two cents.Mike

There is no way in any state to pool funds or borrow funds without your personal assets at risk for the money to buy notes with without bumping into federal brokerage operations.
