Hello from Sunny Michigan!

I've been lurking for about a year now but have never formally introduced myself. My name is Thomas from the Western Suburbs of Detroit. Right now I am a small business owner and an Investor/Landlord in Single Family Homes. I am also a private lender on a couple other deals for a fellow investor in the area. Hoping to move into Multi-Family during the next year. I've been listening to the podcast every day to and from work & Love it, its a great way to gain new information on those longs drives to work.

I'd be into doing a local BP meet up with some other local guys to just talk about the local market and bounce ideas off one another. Any interest in this. My focus right now is Western Wayne and South West Oakland Counties.

As a side note I am looking for a recommendation for a investor friendly local bank or Credit Union that is doing business lending to Real Estate investors / Business Owners.
