Paying water for tenants? SFH
I've read several discussions about lien issues (fortunately not an issues for us) with water bills but my question has to do with landscaping. If we ask our tenants to pay water, what incentive do they have to maintain landscaping. Is that something we can write into our lease? Any other suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks
