In February, I relocated to Memphis to handle a large rehab project of a class C apartment complex.I have only been in Memphis since February, so I don't have a lifetime of experience with the city, but I'm building some experience with Class C units.One of the biggest differences from Class C units in San Diego has been the poor quality of applicants, bankruptcies, felonies, evictions etc.I'm happy to share my experiences.Erik

Somehow us yoopers make it work though and once you are used to it, you wouldnt have it any other way... well id take 10 degrees :) I relocated from Southern California where 40 degrees is cold!
