We've just completed the rehab of a 2 bedroom townhouse near the beach. The reno went along smoothly and I spent a lot of time figuring out the design and exactly how I wanted it to look. I brought furniture in for staging, hung artwork and really tried to create a high quality look. I'd love to hear what you guys think.

@Account Closed We did knock out the wall as well as raise the ceiling up about 12 inches. The wall was just frame and drywall, we did have to relocate some electrical wires. It was a lot of work in the kitchen but removing the wall and raising the ceiling transformed the place.
