I have recently passed my Arizona real estate exam and am meeting with brokers in the Tempe / Chandler / Mesa / Scottsdale area.Currently I am an estimator for a Medical Office Building developer in Chandler.  

However, due to medical problems (i.e. cancer), there are collections/judgements on their credit.

They have built a medical plaza two houses down ( I think they bought 6 houses to build it) and Ive had one Optometrist contact me about buying it I told him 200K and never heard back from him.  

In fact, there was no Walmart, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Burger King, or any medical facilities close by.
