My name is Carlos R. and I am excited to join Biggerpockets. The past year, I have been in the shadows but now it is time to come close to the light. 

Currently I am working as a Commercial Associate at KW Commercial in Miami, Florida. I have been focused on getting my CCIM designation, and been working with fellow CCIMs in the field.
