Hello BP Community,I have a Mother/daughter in Waterbury CT which I have had on the market for over a year.

I'm leaning more towards the condo simply due to convenience (millennial mentality), but get hit with a 380-500 HOA fee) compared to having a large home that I truly don't need and i'm long past the days of house shacking. 

One of the killers of investors is the "not enough pie" mentality.

My driving force is my youngest daughter who also share my interest.

Out of those 3 apartments, we have a couple of working college students, a mom and her grown daughters, and 3 unrelated young professionals living in them.  

I think that was due to the 'buffet' mentality.

Proper mental exercise increases your chances for wealth. 

Being a person who finds suppression of violence a tedious daily annoyance- these issue you brought up ranks just under waiting for my daughters captor for things to do.
