Hi:

My name is Gwen Mason, Shreveport, Iam new to real estate and a new member from Louisiana. My interest in real estate has been building over the last few years. Now I am at a point of wanting to truly learning more about it as well as trying something new. My driving force is my youngest daughter who also share my interest. She has many ideas and plans so we opt to join forces and become students of the industr. I am not an agent, but am interested in wholesaling, flipping, buying and investing. I know I have as lot to learn and learning is a continuous process. (I am an advocate for education, formal and informal.) I want to eventually be better positioned to help others as well as help my family and myself.
