The cellar is b.t 6.5 ft and 7ft ceiling clearance with a newly installed ceiling with insulation foam/fiber.

If you use a couple 60w bulbs in ceiling fixtures, you’ll never have an issue.

Old linoleum type tiles are common carriers, ceiling tiles, mastic, plaster, plaster board.  

It's mostly on the ceiling but it's starting to show it's way down the exterior walls.  

Painting - repainting everything (trim, wall, ceiling).

I am looking at a ≥1000sf, 2ft thick walled and gated tiny property in the Peloponnese, Very private, great price, but it has some issues - are any of these a deal breaker - 1000ft stone paved foot path from parking (with wow views), low ceilings in (lower) bedroom and bathroom area, l.rm is beautiful with tall ones, has a lovely terrace and lovely sea views.
