little magical hobbit hole in the Med - deal breakers?
Hello all,
First NOT in St Peats! I am looking at a ≥1000sf, 2ft thick walled and gated tiny property in the Peloponnese, Very private, great price, but it has some issues - are any of these a deal breaker - 1000ft stone paved foot path from parking (with wow views), low ceilings in (lower) bedroom and bathroom area, l.rm is beautiful with tall ones, has a lovely terrace and lovely sea views. Oh and you need to go from outside to reach the bedrooms/single bathroom downstairs. The good price might be mute, as I'll need to install stairs inside, new electric, and would need to convert a storage room into a bathroom too.
Obviously it would be a niche rental if I went closed the deal.
Thanks everyone for your valuable opinions!
