@Mike D'Arrigois also right when he says "This (BRRRR) model only works for more distressed properties where you can buy at a deeper discount and add more value".Successful Wholesalers are adept at buying "at a deeper discount", so if you don't want to put in all the effort that they do in order to get those bargain properties under Contract, then look for THEM (value-for-money wholesale Sellers).
