We hired an "environmental hygenist" to test the mold and air to determine what the mold was and how significant. 

I have had them create listings out of thin air - listings that simply never existed, and I have seen WILDLY inaccurate Zestimates. 

I’ve heard of wall A/C units as well as air handlers... however, I don’t have experience with either.

I'm personally using a program called Air GMS but they focus more on Air BNB.I love the feed back so far from everyone.

Which is great for Air BNB. 

AirnBn in the mountains will use your heat full blast with a window open for fresh mountain air. 

Then we ran an ozone machine several times, airing it out in between.

I have a rehab that is turning into a flop so going to have to keep it and Air bnb until next year.
