Tenant called with a complaint of mold/mildew

My tenant called me to say that there is mold/mildew (she used the terms interchangeably) growing on the window sills, around the slider doors, bathroom vent, and on some of her personal items. She complained of suffering from headaches, and said that she might go to the doctor to get checked out. She emailed pictures that showed black stuff around the sills and vent, along with pictures of green splotches on a few things in the closet. I live in another state (3 hour plane ride from the rental). What type of company should I hire to assess the situation? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
