I have a deal that I want some input on. The home is in pre foreclosure and scheduled for auction soon. I have agreed with the "owner" to catch up the payments in return she sign the deed over to me. She was gonna let it foreclose anyway. The catch is the deed is in her husbands name and he died a few months ago. She doesn't want to go to probate court. Any way around this? I'd like to hear your suggestions from those of you who had a deal similar to this.
