It works at Wal-Mart, in a diner, standing in a bank line, getting gas, at the grocery store, everywhere people are.I've pulled more leads out of a restaurant having coffee in an hour than you'll likely get with 100 flyers. 

So this is a little late for this year, but it is fresh in my mind and I'll try to remember to refresh the thread in early December next year.

I took my almost about a year ago so I have a lot of it still fresh in my head, and I scored a 98% :) I have a lot great tools and resources as well that helped me!

Are those liens stored somewhere else? 

Right now I have a  student and his partner a store manager who could not find an extra $1,000 up front.

About 350 miles away I found a store that had a lot of them, so I got online and ordered 50 squares plus roof wrap, ice gard, plastic cap nails, roofing nails, etc. 

I could have paid TWICE as much for them at Macy's or Nordstrom's, but I got them at the outlet store. 

In 2009, without knowing anything at all about real estate, I bought my first investment property with a partner (a good friend) - an old gutted hardware store that we turned into a quadplex.  

Would love to restore and flip older homes to lower income families, that are looking to start out fresh or make a fresh start.
