Not New To Real Estate

Registered Nurse since 1998, started selling real estate around 2002. Came out of real estate around 2008.  Now looking to start selling again and investing. Wanting to learn more about flipping and the laws of flipping in North Carolina.   Also wanting to learn about hard money lenders as well as creative financing. Would love to restore and flip older homes to lower income families, that are looking to start out fresh or make a fresh start.
