so we looked to bring in RV is that's allowed.. lots  of folks are living in those these days  think TINY homes.. but not Tiny homes..

The neighbors are peacfully getting along and the sec 8 tenant is half way packed up.  

When you go, try to get a few names you can follow up with after via lunch/coffee or on your runs (the SF Meetup gets pretty packed).

My friend had to pack and leave so quickly, she had to leave some of her things there in the property.

That'll put you ahead of the pack that just want to invest, make money, and put little work into it.

In many cases deadbeat tenants can be bought off using the time tested "cash-for-keys" approach.I have used it countless times and it seems to always get a deadbeat tenant to pack up and move.Just be sure to get a signed document indicating that this deadbest is vacating the property and has returned the keys in exchange for the cash.
