Accessory Dwelling/Tiny House Zoning in Denver

Hey all, I'm looking to potentially add an accessory dwelling or a tiny house on wheels (still classified as an RV?) to a private property in the Denver area so that I can rent out the main house. Would any investors/contractors out there be able to fill me in on the size/zoning  restrictions of such an endeavor and if additional sewer lines/utilities are required? Thanks!

Hey James, thanks for the reply! The areas I'm looking in are city of Denver, city of Boulder and Boulder County in general (Louisville/Lafayette/Longmont). I'm looking to do a long term live in until I can afford to swap and move into the main house and rent out the accessory dwelling/tiny house. I'm not opposed to living in a camper/RV but since it's potentially going to be for a couple of years I was hoping to live in something a little more homely.
