Does anyone have any advice on how I could maybe use my company or skills in construction to find a partner to get into a multi family house.

Seems to me, a 2-tub is a better choice from a user point of view.As to the type of person(s) who can do the job, make sure they have the right skill set and tools.

What I learned from this flip is just because I have the skills to do a job doesn't mean I should do it.

If you sent me a 15-20 page PDF with your personal income statement, employment status, education, skills, the property or properties you are considering, your calculations and projections, your rehab estimates from contractors, local comps, appraisals, estimated ARV, what you plan to list it for, who your realtor or broker is, your 5 year plan, etc.

So I recently have been thinking about how I can build upon my networking skills and one of the techniques I've seen to gain a mentor is to add value to them or help them in some way but I haven't really seen how to do this.

As a tenant moves out I would put 2-3k per unit as I am a skilled trades man I wouldn't have to pay labor then up rent for new tenant.

I have some data massaging skills and programming skills so I am thinking to utilize that into our REI biz and make it more scalable..I have not started anything yet but if I found anything, I will post here and share to the group.
