If it is a vacation rental and its on the water  you may want to consider log cabin style siding for it  - could really make it pop -  perhaps vinyl may be the way to go as specified earlier - it would last long with virtually zero maintenance though it costs a little more up front

They're also great networking opportunities, though their different styles (SSIC meetings are big with lots of active networking beforehand, for example) may mean one is a better fit for your personality type and what you're trying to accomplish e.g. learning, finding a mentor, finding like-minded individuals, finding good contractors.

From one mile to the next, the changes in the styles are dramatic and the amount of green space multiplies.With all the new developments - Under Armour and Morgan Stanley moving their corporate headquarters here; Port Covington Revitalization project; Sparrows Point Port project; and the multitude of city park beautifications, it's easy to see a new, shiny Baltimore not far off in the future and I, for one, am happy to be here to see it.

But that is our goal anyway, apparently she has a photo of the property from the early 1900's which we want to use as a guide for us.Someone who buys this property wants that style home so we want to stay as try to form as we can, while adding the modern finished of a upgraded kitchen and master bath in particular.
