exterior of Modular rehab help needed

I have just purchased a doublewide modular home that is on it's own lot in SW Florida. The outside of this poor home has been unloved for many years, and it's downright ugly- but I see a diamond in the ruff. This property is on the water and will be used as a VR. 

I have been searching all over the internet for some ideas of what to do with it (as reasonably as possible) and while I am finding tons of info on interior rehabs, I just can't find too much for the outside. 

Siding? Shingles? Repaint? All options, just need some inspiration!!! Any suggestions for good sites that have some good before and after photos?
