How To Find A Realtor And Property Management Co

Hello,

I am BRAND new to property investment. My father has done it for years in San Diego but has never used a property manager. I am in  Utah and am interested in finding a good realtor (preferably one that knows how to find multi-family properties) and a good property management company. What features do you look for in a good realtor and PM Co? Are there sites to find go ones? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jesse

Welcome @Jesse Casillas you made the right move coming onto bigger pockets! Make sure to listen to the podcasts. I just bought a duplex recently. I would recommend @Steve Theobald as a good realtor to help you find multi-family properties he has years of experience and as an investor himself he knows many of the red flags to look for in making sure the deal is right for you.

Best of luck
