New to realestate investing and looking for lots of help

Hello,

My name is Harry and I am new to real estate investing.  I am looking to learn how to wholesale, assign deals, flipping, and have a few rentals.  I have a background in construction and would like to put my skills to good use.  Looking to get away from the normal everyday job market since layoffs are coming at my regular job and I am not sure if I will get cut or not.  Any advice would be appreciated.  I live in Aloha, OR with my wife and two kids and it would be nice to finally get ahead in life which most normal jobs don't allow.
