A simple no-brainer. 

OK I know, I know, finding solid contractors of ANY kind is already difficult enough, but I'm looking for any leads on nearby builders of small unique home styles: A Frames, Simple Cabins, and other Tiny Homes generally speaking.

I have searched far and wide for a company that provides a simple to use submetering system for water, electric, and heat, unless you have a 50+ unit building.

Will end up being about $125-150k loss and 4 years of time, on what was a simple loan on a $55k purchase.And this isnt a rarity, this is the typical story happening over and over again to out of state investors in Baltimore.

Meaning, if your BUY lender will lend you 75%, then we can do some simple math of $150k x 75% = $112,500. 

Would've been nice if the courts declared some simple rules.
