Looking to expand into Greenwood Indiana

Hello Bigger Pockets network, I am looking to expand my portfolio and considering Greenwood Indiana for small multi family and single family deals, I was wondering if anyone could provide any information on the area that would help with my due diligence. Also looking for recommendations for property managers and contractors in the area as well as buyers agents.
