Submeter your building, heat, water, electric...
I have searched far and wide for a company that provides a simple to use submetering system for water, electric, and heat, unless you have a 50+ unit building. I would like to see some easy to install meters, a seamless portal with automatic reading, billing, and auto pay so tenants can pay their submetered utility bills to the property manager.
Would you use something like this?
