I have also set up LLCs and partnerships (I focused on real estate, tax, and corporations in law school), so can offer a word or two up that alley. 

I have strong credit (760) though my wife has a limited credit history as she is now immigrating to the country.  

As a family, we always have something to do: Levit Shell, Zoo, Children's Museum, Redbirds, Tigers, Grizzlies, Bass Pro, Peabody, Shelby Farms, Botanic Gardens and all the fall festivals, Memphis in May, not to mention the community/school we are in.  

I have some guys I use, but they're old school so the part of the city impacts whether or not they'll take the job. 

Just not in the curriculum in the school system.So I try to help some  with financial and even soft skills or they may not get employed or able to save money.It seems they are ok in the basement until they meet someone, then we have classic "family formation" driving the home buying.

I bought a class-c in '97 in a great neighborhood near to schools. 

Did anyone get their RE training/education through Allied School of Real Estate?

Details: North SJ, near the future BART station, town home, 2BD/2.5BA - 2 master bed rooms, low HOA and well maintained, near future developments and another town home complex to be built nearby, ~1100 sq. feet, decent school district (Piedmont High School, 4/5, 10/10 on Redfin), 1 car garage and 1 carport w/a private patio, close to Target and other shopping areas, laundry downstairs and in the building.

No credit history, rough on employment, rough on living standards.
