Yep, its known as a Fix & Flip loan and you can find it on the Lender Finder feature here on BiggerPockets.The term of the loan will generally be less than 2 years and they will usually fund a percentage of the purchase price (I've seen 60-80 percent) and many times 100% of the renovation.It makes sense to have a strong idea of the reno costs prior to applying for any amount with this type of product

Trying to build out that dream team of contractors and subs as well.A mentor would also be super helpful, but like I said, still building out that network.As far as my personal situation, I have a good credit score, a decent amount of savings (200k cash) and a little more than that in investment accounts along with some equity in my current home, a mortgage, and car payments.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why would any wholesaler buy on the MLS and then try to resell that when the person who is now buying it could have bought it for less on the MLS before?
