Good Morning,

Myself and a partner are creating a business plan with the hopes of Raising 1million for REO, SFR, Wholesaling deals. We have the structural relationships in place, ie; contractors, project manager, auction dealers, realtors. Is there advice here for contacting or finding Investors to partner with us?
