Myself and a partner are creating a business plan with the hopes of Raising 1million for REO, SFR, Wholesaling deals. We have the structural relationships in place, ie; contractors, project manager, auction dealers, realtors. Is there advice here for contacting or finding Investors to partner with us? Unless you fall under the new JOBS act exemption for advertising, you will be limited to people that you know and have a relationship with. So, talk to all the people you know about what you want to do.

And hire a good securities attorney.
