We walked in to dirty floors, windows, a great deal of mold under kitchen sink, carpets trimmed in black dirt.Noticed HVAC unit was corroded(no, I didn’t see it well enough prior).

I am doing a lot of investing now in Halifax, NS which is out of province for me as I live in Kitchener, Ontario.The prices there are lower and the appreciation is a bit lower yet growing and the rental rates are almost as high as Kitchener.If you want information on Halifax investment, feel free to reach out to me.
