Cash invested: $10,000

floors upgraded kitchen

What was the outcome?

value has doubled

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Go with luxury vynl if its a investment home.
Avoid HOA is much as possible
Network with plumber electrician handyman painters and dont rely on the management.
If You have home warranty cover expensive items.
Dont paint cabinets unless you built them if you do paint use specific primer with oil based paint
