Fastest growing area in the midwest, tons of jobs, great opportunities over here

With the recent shifts in policies towards remote work among many of Seattle's biggest tech employers, it seems that there might be a bigger opportunity going forward to offer furnished rentals that really cater to "digital nomads" looking to work in beautiful/interesting locations (with high-speed, dependable internet, a good work station, and probably other amenities). 

Hey Kyle - Not changing anything yet, full speed ahead on single family flips. 

Local MLS puts them on at least a 3 day delay and with the speed of the market around PS that's a big disadvantage.  

As far as jobs: working for a medium sized property management company will probably give you the fastest learning curve.

This is your best and fastest way to get them out. 

Local CU is the "best" in terms of speed, cost, etc.

Don't steer to far away from the E-side however NE it is one of the fastest growing areas here as well.

Both of these fields are commission based but which one will have the most income potential fastest and highest.

While they're under construction or renovation is a good time to approach the owner because they likley don't have a management company in place and you'd be adding value by speeding up their lease up process.
