You can't get take the classes online so you will have to physically go to class at the Hondros location.

I suppose since you're physically living there you can monitor this a little bit, but the cost/time/effort it will take to repair your broken laundry machines and worry about strangers being invited into your building to wash their clothes versus the amount of money you'll make on it is, in my opinion, not worth it.

This was not an inspection by the books with photos and at that time the property was a bit messy but no physical damage was noted.

The bad: They don't do cleaning but partner with Handy to clean, and they're terrible (poor communication, no shows etc).Guesty is not your boots on the ground - they have no physical location so you'll need someone else for maintenance, cleaning, key exchange etc.

I want to make sure all steps of the Due-Diligence are performed well with all experience and as part of this I'd like to learn more about a due diligence process of a bigger building.Is Anyone in the SF Bay Area / Utah or Southern Idaho Area in such a deal and would like to have free help / help a newcomer to the market or does anyone has good advice to guide me in this, I'd highly appreciate.My main weakness at this point is checking the structural condition of a building beyond checklist items which can be found all over the internet or in Real Estate books, a good trained eye in other words, who can quickly point to physical marks on the building (concrete, what to look for decent electricity/plumbing, roof, ...)Thanks a lot,
