Need help on Rent to Own Deal!

Hi BP community!

I need some guidance on how to get this rent to own deal going. I have a property in Tampa and I have found some tenants that are interested in doing a rent to own lease. Do I need to hire a RE attorney to write up the contract? If so, can anyone refer me to one? Or is there a broker out there than can help? Does it matter who I go with?

Also, does the upfront option fee have to be deposited in an escrow account?

Thank you!
