Just wondering if there are any opportunities to start a business that supports investors (ie. phone answering service strictly for investors, business that connects investors with on demand home inspectors/contractors for rehab estimates before purchasing, direct mail marketing, etc).I'm just one of those people who enjoy this topic and I am selling my current business.

I'm a property inspector and I'm sitting on many of nice properties I was interested in the wholesaling process.

@Kellan S I just completed 2 all cash deals up there the last couple weeks and I did $1000 deposit on each, but like @Steve Santacroce says, closing took about 3 months on boths...though 1 was a short sale and the other was from a foreign investor.If you want another inspector option, send me a message and I can recommend one...best of luck!

I was speaking to a lead inspector today and he said that he and his colleagues have been told that Charlie Baker is going to relax the lead laws of MA to be more similar to other states.

We are thinking of hiring an inspector to make sure we know just what we are getting into.

The city plumbing inspector noted it as a code violation and is requiring the removal of the shower and essentially ripping up the entire floor.

I also gave the buyer to use my home inspection saving them $400 and me headache of the new inspector finding problems.

He would like to start as a home inspector both to generate a little extra cash flow, network with like minded individuals and to help in determining if properties are right for us to invest in.  

I got a great home inspector and a community bank I use for cash out based out of Oswego, IL as well. 

There are way too many rules and regulations involved with condos.For example, do you have the right things covered so the inspector doesn't cause you to miss your closing?
